indigenously designed machine for deep drilling and fine hole drilling
operations.
The Disintegrator Micro Drill 'DSH-II' has in built capability of drilling
fine holes from 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm upto depths of 200 mm
The electrodes suitable for drilling fine holes are tubular brass
electrode available from OD of 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm in steps of 0.1 mm.
Fine holes, small holes and deep drilled holes are required to be drilled
in a variety of applications like start holes for wire-cut EDM. gas escape
holes in dies for plastic moulds and for drilling in hard metals. |
