Sparkonix High Speed Metal Arc Disintegrators are designed for speedy disintegration of broken tools.

Disintegrators work on the principle of a vibrating spindle with low voltage electric power supply creating a series of intermittent arcs. These arcs occur many times per second and disintegrate even the hardest metals. 
The small carbon particles are flushed away by pressurised coolant flowing through the electrode.

All the cutting occurs at the tip of the electrode. The vertical vibratory movement is approximately 0.12 mm. This permits the arcs to occur many times per second and also allows the coolant to flush the burnt particles from the cut. The over cut varies depending on the cutting power selected.
